LEASING RIGHTS: In order to successfully lease a beat from Giga H.D, a payment of $20.99 (or a special deal from the soundclick site OR personally from Giga H.D) should be sent to the paypal address of Giga H.D : igigahd@aol.com.
When you lease a beat from Giga H.D , there’s some limitations to the instrumental you leased. After leasing a beat, YOU CAN ONLY use the beat for the following : mixtapes, radio plays, a demo, performances, & promotions.
IF you plan to make your track a hit record or decide to use it for generating money, an EXCLUSIVE rights of the beat should be purchased. ALSO, if you lease a beat, I am still able to let other artists lease it until one purchases the exclusive rights for it.

Delivery of the Instrumentals you Purchase:

If you buy a beat from Giga H.D, I will send it to you via email once I’ve received the payment in my paypal account.
A beat will be sent to you after the purchase is made. For exclusive rights, if you
decide to ask for a TRACKED OUT version of an instrumental, that may take some time to deliver. (due to the amounts of memory per trackout) The BEST way to receive track-outs from me is through the DROPBOX application. (google it if necessary)
Exclusive Rights: The price of a beat for Exclusive rights DEPENDS ON THE BEAT YOU CHOOSE. When an artist purchases the exclusive rights of an instrumental, it will basically ONLY BE THEIR BEAT FOR USE. I will stop selling it PERIOD (an indication of that would be me titling the beat with SOLD in front of the original title on my website. Then I’ll move that instrumental to the BOTTOM of the list, so people KNOW it has OFFICIALLY been sold) . The ARTIST has complete ownership of the beat, but they STILL MUST credit Giga H.D as the producer. THE BEST PAYING METHODS for exclusive rights to a beat are found below:
Western Union Money Transfers, Moneygram Transfers, US Postal Money Orders, and under certain circumstances, bank wire transfers. Certified/Cashiers checks, Western Union/Moneygram.

Extra Information


• Production credits MUST be given once you received tracked out files from
Giga H.D. After you obtain the tracked out files.
• Exclusive rights tracks are intended for ARTISTS only – not producers. You are not permitted to purchase the exclusive rights to my tracks for the intention of reselling the track or the rights. This is strictly prohibited. Artists are ALSO prohibited from reselling the rights or the track itself outside of SONG sales. There is a specific clause already included in my contract stating that if the rights or track are resold, the rights are AUTOMATICALLY revoked and returned to me and the contract is null and void
